Feb. 6th, 2007 03:54 pmThis waiting for the laptop is driving me CRAZY. And the earliest it can arrive is tomorrow. MAN. That's a long time. This is worse than Christmas! Or Halloween. Or even Veteran's Day!
Well, I attempted to make French Bread this weekend. It turned out pretty crappily. I don't know if I did something wrong, or if I just don't like the recipe. Whatever the answer, I probably won't be trying it again. If I am going to bake, I will stick with safe things like cookies. Yum. Cookies. This week I decided not to do a menu, I am going to try to clear out all of the food I have in the pantry and the fridge. I just bought a laptop, and it would be nice to be able to pay it off without interest, so a little non spending would be nice. And, I have a bunch of yummy frozen foods so it won't be that much of a hardship.
What with traveling this summer, I don't know how easily I will be able to make opening days for the movies and books I am excited about. We will see. But, here's a rundown, in case you were curious. Spider-man 3, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and whatever it is called which is coming out July 21st and that is stupid because it should have been coming out July 7th,and.. Huh. I guess that is about it. I bet there are others that I am forgetting. But, really, nothing is going to be as close to as cool as Spider-man 3. That is going to be so cool I will have to see it atleast twice, and maybe even 3 times. I wonder when it comes out.
