May. 2nd, 2007 10:12 amWow. What a terrific drive yesterday. I sent some of you pictures from the road on the fancy doohicky called a cellphone. Others I called. And, still others I ignored altogether. Everytime I drive the PCH I am overwhelmed and cannot help but stop every 15 miles and just take it all in, or take a hike, or listen. Then, time passes and I forget how awesome it all is. I will probably write more about that later with pictures, and more thoughts.
Actually, I am thinking of starting a new web blog just for this trip. Include all of the pictures, my thoughts, and maybe a link to a personalized google map (If that works as I think it does.) That lets me keep this web blog as boring as it has always been. I do not want to disrupt anyone's enjoyment of my tedium!
Anyone have any good ideas on what site I should use? Is Live Journal the best? Or are there others worth trying? Doesn't Google have one now? Is i t any good?
Currently, I am sitting on a comfortable couch. Getting some work done. Thinking about eating a peanut butter sandwich and watching TV while I eat. So, basically, Santa Rosa is exactly the same as Santa Barbara. Only, this couch is made from animals parts, and this tv is bigger than all of your heads combined.
I've been out of reading everyone's entries ever since the packing and the move started last week. So, if anyone said anything interesting I would be really surprised. ha ha ha. Man, Don Rickles is awesome.
We went to Applebee's last night and ate food that was pretty good. We had some waiter with a dent in his lip that tried to trap us all with the sounds of his accent and his powerful pheremone fortified cologne for men. Apparently, Applebee's is Where It Is At. Luiz this one goes out to you!
I wish I were a DJ that would have made much more sense.
